How to permanently remove your KensaFit account and associated personal data.

Delete in the app (fastest)

If you have the KensaFit app installed, sign in and go to Profile → Account → Delete Account. Confirm the prompt and your account is removed immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address on your account and we will delete your account and data, typically within a few business days.

What gets deleted

Deletion permanently removes your profile and all associated data: food logs, journal entries, goals, body metrics, weight history, and workout data (if any). Limited records required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes may be retained for a short period before being erased.

Subscriptions are billed separately. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel an Apple subscription in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, a Google Play subscription in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or a Stripe subscription via Profile → Subscription → Manage billing before it renews.
