How to permanently remove your KensaFit account and associated personal data.
If you have the KensaFit app installed, sign in and go to Profile → Account → Delete Account. Confirm the prompt and your account is removed immediately.
If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address on your account and we will delete your account and data, typically within a few business days.
Email a deletion request to [email protected]Deletion permanently removes your profile and all associated data: food logs, journal entries, goals, body metrics, weight history, and workout data (if any). Limited records required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes may be retained for a short period before being erased.
